In commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Voting Rights Act, which was signed into law on August 6, 1965, the Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts presents The Right to Decide: International Poster Invitational.

The Right to Decide

Organized by the group Posters Without Borders (Eric Boelts, Antonio Castro H., & Erin Wright), The Right to Decide showcases 62 artists from 25 countries, including some of the most respected poster artists in the world. This group of artists has created new posters on the subject of voting rights and fair elections specifically for this exhibition. The exhibition also includes student posters from university design programs in Russia, Finland, Colombia, and Taiwan, as well as 5 universities in the United States.
