À La Carte: A Visual Exploration of Our Relationship with Food

May 29 – August 10, 2020

 

This culinary exploration will use the visual arts to present an expansive look at our culture’s complicated relationship with food. The exhibition will feature works from renowned contemporary artists whose art explores the role of food in advertising, popular culture, public health, activism, food economics, consumerism and many other relevant contemporary issues.

Local and regional chefs will be invited to contribute recipes inspired by artworks from À La Carte for the exhibition catalog.
