Chenoia N. Bryant

Chenoia Bryant (PhD 2020) is an Assistant Professor of Sociology in the Department of Social & Behavioral Sciences at the Xavier University of Louisiana.

She teaches introduction to sociology, sociology of mental health, and health disparities. Dr. Bryant studies gender, sexuality, and health.

Research Interests: Gender, sexuality, and health; Consequences of sexual and social behaviors in marginalized and minority populations; HIV; Global health; Social determinants of health and health disparities
