Revolutionizing Cardiovascular Medicine: Innovations in Human Disease Modeling and Therapeutics
The 12th Annual Comprehensive Cardiovascular Center (CCVC) Symposium, "Revolutionizing Cardiovascular Medicine: Innovations in Human Disease Modeling and Therapeutics" will take place Thursday, Oct. 9, and Friday, Oct. 10, 2025.
Feature sessions on Thursday, Oct. 9, will focus on: New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) for Cardiovascular Research and Application of Human Pre-clinical Models for Disease Modeling and Drug Toxicity Testing, along with the Featheringill Keynote Lecturer, presenting Joseph C. Wu, MD, PhD (Stanford).
Friday, Oct. 10, will include the Suzanne Oparil Lecturer, presenting Tracy Beth Høeg, MD, PhD from the FDA, and a session focused on Translation of Cardiovascular Innovations to Clinical Practice and feature a Commercialization Workshop that will highlight Case Studies from Concept to Commercialization, with breakout groups moderated by experts in the field, including Dr. Karthik Gopalakrishnan, Molly Wasko, and many more.
