The Women's Reproductive Health Center supports extensive education through pilot grant opportunities as well graduate training programs for young investigators and scientists to develop interdisciplinary research careers in the area of women's health. The center also offers a 2-year Global Women’s Reproductive Health Fellowship that provides world-class educational opportunities for health care providers interested in women’s reproductive and children’s health in low resource settings worldwide.

Additionally, the center offers monthly educational seminars. The CRWH Seminar Series features well-known medical professionals discussing various topics regarding research and advancements in women's health.

Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (K12)

The UAB Interdisciplinary Research Scholars' Program in Women's Health (BIRCWH K12) trains early-career PhD and MD researchers to become independent investigators advancing women's health across the lifespan. Our program offers interdisciplinary mentorship teams, comprehensive career development, and protected research time to address critical health disparities affecting women in the Deep South and beyond.
