Bio

Sasha Howell, M.D., was born in Halifax Nova Scotia but raised in rural Texas most of her life. After her youngest sibling was born with spina bifida she became dedicated to a career in neurosurgery. Sasha has a strong background in basic science and translational research in the field of neuroscience. She hopes to continue her research throughout residency and beyond. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, spoiling her rescue dog and gardening.
