The University of Alabama at Birmingham will host a Provider Recognition Reception on Dec. 8, to honor clinic providers who received outstanding patient feedback for providing an exceptional patient experience.
Recognized providers achieved a score of 95% or higher in patient care satisfaction based on feedback from real patients in Medallia.
