Students shared overwhelmingly positive feedback about the opportunity, highlighting the faculty’s dedication to teaching, mentorship, and hands‑on learning throughout the course.

Anne Kane, M.D., FACS

“Dr. Kane is incredible! Great teacher.”
“Dr. Kane!!! She was such a great teacher and mentor.”
“Please thank Dr. Kane and all of the residents - Amanda, Lydia, Harrison, Connor, Ari! They were all amazing teachers, and I really appreciated the time they took to include me and answer my questions. I learned a lot from each of them and really enjoyed shadowing. I hope to learn more from them in the future!”

Stefania Goncalves, M.D.

“I had a great experience! With Dr. Goncalves, her and her residents were great with walking me through things I had questions about. The surgery I got to see for ENT was amazing. They were staging a vestibular schwannoma, so we had Goncalves and neurosurgery on the case, it was fascinating.”
“Dr. Goncalves and Seneca, thank you so much for letting me observe this past week, and for taking the time to walk me through the anatomy and physiology, and for taking the time to answer all my questions. You made my experience fantastic and I’m really thankful for you both.”

Jessica Grayson, M.D., FACS

“Thank you so much Dr. Grayson, for letting me shadow! I had a great time the last three days. I learned a lot about ENT and am very interested in it. I would love to come back!”
