The UAB Department of Otolaryngology welcomes Daniel E. Killeen, M.D., as an assistant professor. 

Killeen earned his Doctorate of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Neurotology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

His clinical interests include acoustic neuroma/vestibular schwannoma, endoscopicear surgery, cochlear implantation, skull base surgery, otosclerosis, andstapedectomy.

Dr. Killeen serves as a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Headand Neck Surgery and the American Neurotologic Society.
