Interests - Mechanistic features underlying the correction of mutant cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR). The design and conduct of clinical trials testing new therapeutic strategies to treat cystic fibrosis. Evaluation of biomarkers relevant to CFTR activity and clinical outcomes.
