Diagnosis and treatment of children with primary immune deficiencies, including:

• Severe Combined Immune Deficiency (SCID)
• T cell disorders
• Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID)
• Antibody deficiency diseases, and complement deficiencies  
• Faculty research interests include the role of chronic infections (particularly with mycoplasmas) in chronic diseases such as asthma, mechanisms underlying immune deficiency syndromes, and the regulation of the immune system.
