Core A: Administrative and Research Transation Core

The Administrative and Research Translation Core provides leadership and administrative services for the purpose of producing and enhancing synergy, research productivity, and research translation to the University of Alabama at Birmingham Superfund Research Center.

Core B: Data Management and Analysis

The Data Management and Analysis Core (DMAC) strengthens the UAB Superfund Research Center research capabilities and furthers the scientific rigor of heavy metals related research.

Core C: Community Engagement Core

The overall goal of the Community Engagement Core (CEC) is to actively engage residents and other stakeholders of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Superfund Research Center's affected area in education, research, and prevention and/or intervention to reduce or mitigate the impact of hazardous substance exposure on chronic lung disease.
