There are no shortages of opportunities in research, from basic science to clinical outcomes, and this department is uniquely equipped to guide residents in developing skill sets in research that will be applicable in their practice. The faculty are highly invested in mentoring trainees to become leaders in the field. Finally, I can't say enough about how great my co-residents and fellows are. I am very lucky to work and learn alongside such a talented and supportive group.
