Submit your abstract for the 2023 UAB Postdoctoral Research Day! Abstracts should be 250 words or less and have the subheadings of: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Accepted presentations will be 12-min in length with ~3min for questions from judges and the audience. Presentations will be judged on the presenters ability to accurately communicate their ideas and findings, their overall understanding of the topic, and their ability to answer questions. Presented data must be from your current position as a UAB Postdoctoral scholar.
Abstracts must be 250 words or less and submitted in the sections below. Abstracts that are more than 250 words or improperly submitted will be rejected. Title and authors are not included in the 250 word limit. The work presented must be from your time as a Postdoc in your current lab. If you do not have enough to present in a 12 minute talk, we suggest you enter the 3 minute Science Blitz to share your project ideas, methodology, or data collected.
