National Postdoc Appreciation Week is November 6-10. During this week, UAB strives to show our postdocs how important they are to the research community. One way we recognize our outstanding postdocs is through our Postdoc Awards Ceremony. Consider nominating a postdoc in your lab for an award.
Hardest Working Postdoc Award- This award is for the postdoctoral fellow/trainee who puts in consistent great work, but their dedication and skill is not necessarily represented with publications. Nominate the person who is there working tirelessly morning, noon, and night.
Most Esteemed Postdoc Award- This award is for the postdoctoral fellow/trainee with an impressive number of peer reviewed publications and conference presentations and posters. Nominate someone whose CV is quite full.
