Lee has roughly 15 years of experience interpreting, litigating, and drafting contracts, and 2 of those years centered upon clinical trial agreements at UAB. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree cum laude in Finance (University of Tennessee at Knoxville), and a Juris Doctorate summa cum laude (University of Alabama School of Law). After law school, Lee served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William Royal Furgeson of the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Jerome Kearney of the Eastern District of Arkansas. As an Officer for the ARO, Lee is responsible for negotiating clinical trial agreements (CTAs), amendments to CTAs, confidentiality disclosure agreements, and any other agreements that are related to clinical trials.
