Rachel Farley earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance and French. Her combination of legal and business training, along with more than a decade of professional experience managing complex projects and organizational initiatives in highly regulated environments, informs her meticulous approach to contract review and administration.
Rachel is a Contracts Officer with the UAB Academic Research Organization – Clinical Trials, where she supports faculty, administrators, and external industry sponsors in the review, negotiation, and execution of clinical trial agreements and related research contracts.
