Mackenzie received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Faulkner University. She has worked at UAB for 14 years, the last 10 of which has been in research billing after receiving her certification in professional medical coding in 2016. Currently, she works as an OnCore System Administrator for UAB’s CTMS. She is responsible for assisting study teams in navigating the CTMS as well as troubleshooting and resolving billing issues that arise during ongoing clinical trials at UAB.
