This minor is available to all undergraduate students who meet pre-requisite requirements. It serves as a unique partnership between the Biomedical Sciences (BMD) program and the Biotechnology master’s program. Students can transform their academic journey by learning from faculty of both programs, focusing on foundational biotechnology lab skills as well as pharmacology, commercialization, and regulatory affairs in the biotechnology field.
This minor equips future innovators with tools to design real-world solutions for today’s most pressing health challenges. Whether advancing diagnostics, designing new therapies, or reimagining how we deliver care, graduates of the biotechnology minor are prepared to transform ideas into breakthroughs that improve lives.
