We need your help. As we approach the coming school year, we want to make sure that campus is safe for you and for all. If you have already been vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, thank you! Please upload your information into the UAB Student Patient Portal. If you haven’t been vaccinated, Student Health Services offers all three COVID-19 vaccines on-site, free for students on Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Schedule an appointment here.
Walk-up Phizer COVID-19 vaccinations are also being offered every Monday in the performance lounge at the Hill Student Center from 1:30-4 p.m. When you complete your vaccination, you will receive a UAB “Vaxxed and Back” T-shirt. When you complete your vaccination, you will receive a UAB “Vaxxed and Back” T-shirt.
We also want to share some good news! All UAB students who have completed their COVID-19 vaccination and uploaded their information into the UAB Student Patient Portal will get $20 in Blazer Bucks! What if I was vaccinated off-campus?
You will have a chance to receive your “Vaxxed and Back” T-shirt from the UAB Bookstore in August. In the meantime, login to the Student Health Services patient portal, fill out your vaccination info and earn your $20 worth of Blazer Bucks.

Is this available for the Spring semester (Spring 2022)?
This promotion ends September 30, however you can upload your vaccination info and claim your $20 worth of Blazer Bucks.

Where can I pick up my T-shirt?
Upon completion of receiving your second or final dose at the weekly COVID-19 Vaccination pop-up clinics in the Hill Student Center or at your scheduled COVID-19 vaccination appointment at Student Health Services. The UAB Bookstore will also give away shirts in August and you will have to show your vaccination card to claim your shirt.

When will I see my money?
Money will start being disbursed July 26, after that it may take up to 7 business days for funding to appear in your account.
