SUCCESS Team Members Annual Work Plans
Implementation Timeline
Part 1: Strategic Planning and Action Plan Development
(March 2025 – May 2025)
Seven cross-functional Working Groups (WGs) reviewed strategic priorities and collaboratively developed SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) action plans. The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) reviewed and synthesized the SMART plans into four thematic groups, clustering complementary plans to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Mostly, High-impact, low-to-medium cost plans were prioritized for the first phase of execution. These thematic groups are now responsible for executing their assigned plans.
