The UAB Board Liaison Office is the campus link to the University of Alabama Board of Trustees. The board liaison performs the following activities:
- coordinates all campus-wide board submissions;
- disseminates information to board members;
- oversees resolution process;
- maintains board records;
- coordinates and monitors communication of board calendar, submission guidelines, and approved agenda items with vice presidents, deans and department chairs; and
- manages and implements all board functions including annual institutional meetings, orientations and special functions.
