Commencement represents the culmination of the academic experience at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.  This site provides all prospective graduates with the information they need to apply for their degrees, purchase regalia, prepare for Commencement ceremonies, and provide their family and friends with necessary details.  Also here are links for the live video feed, as well as historical details and images of UAB Commencement exercises.

The university Spring Commencement ceremonies will take place on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 9:30 am and 2:00 p.m., and the university Fall Commencement ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at 2:00 pm.
