Need to remain anonymous when reporting?
All information will be kept confidential. We may ask that you identify yourself in case we have follow-up questions. We'd also like to notify you when the problem has been addressed. However, if you are uncomfortable doing so, you can remain anonymous. Call 205-934-2487 (they will need to know what option to select from the call tree; ex: select option 0), and tell the person who answers the phone that you'd like to remain anonymous for personal reasons.
