Research and Teaching Interests: Construction engineering and construction management

Office Hours: By appointment

Education:

  • B.S., Architectural Engineering
  • M.S., Civil Engineering (Construction Management)

After dedicating over 24 years to the civil engineering, construction management, and architectural fields, I bring my education and industry experiences to the classroom. I am a full-time faculty member teaching graduate student in the Construction Engineering Management (CEM) track of study. I am an Alabama Licensed Contractor, an Engineer Intern with the Georgia State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD), and hold several other industry certifications.

While I have an interest in all related construction engineering and construction management courses, my current focus includes construction project management, construction project risk management, construction safety, construction ethics, construction project scheduling and control, construction estimating, and building information modeling with analysis.
