The UAB Division of Vascular and Endovascular Therapy treats the full spectrum of vascular disorders, and our surgeons are trained in all forms of modern endovascular procedures. This includes the treatment of thoracoabdominal aneurysms using personalized branched and fenestrated endografts, as well as minimally-invasive techniques for limb salvage/amputation prevention.

We also have an outpatient UAB Vein Clinic, which provides comprehensive evaluation and specialized treatment for vein disorders. Through clinical, basic and outcomes research, our faculty are working to advance the field of vascular surgery and improve outcomes for patients. We are also proud of our comprehensive training programs, which allow us to prepare the next generation of surgeons. We offer both an integrated vascular residency and a two-year vascular fellowship.
