The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees appointed Charles William Prince, Ph.D., professor emeritus in the Department of Nutrition Sciences in the School of Health Professions during its meeting April 12, 2013. Prince earned his doctor of philosophy at UAB in 1981 and joined the faculty following his postdoctoral fellowship in the Institute of Dental Research in 1984.
