The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Engineering was presented a gift of $100,000 from KBR, a global engineering, construction and services company, at a reception in the UAB Alumni House on Feb. 21, 2013. The donation, spread out over the next five years, is for the Advanced Safety Engineering and Management (ASEM) Master of Engineering program.
