The Equipment/Room Reservation Form should be filled out no less than two (2) business days before the requested date. Reservations made less than two business days before the requested date will not be honored. Only students who are members of UAB Student Media who have completed the required training for the requested equipment are eligible to reserve, check out, and utilize the department's assets.
Please note that you should provide your own SD cards or other storage hardware.
Should any equipment become broken, lost or stolen, the student who checked out said equipment may be responsible to the department by replacing the equipment.
