Terms of participation:
- You will be expected to participate in group sessions, at least once a month, with your mentor(s) to discuss your personal and professional advancements.
- You are required to attend the initial “BLUEprint Connect Kick Off” program scheduled for September 30, 2014 at 6pm.
- In order to be eligible for the 2014-2015 merit-based scholarship, you must willingly attend monthly sessions, one or two program-based forums during the year and the annual Minority Achievement Gala.
- With prior notice, your mentor(s) will allow excusable absence (eg sickness, class, exams, work, death of a relative etc.).
- Your signature indicates that you agree to these terms and are aware that they have been put into place so that you may fully benefit from this program.
