As a way of thanking participants in the UAB Campus Engagement Survey, numerous groups on- and off-campus have contributed prizes. These include:
- tickets for four to the UAB Football home opener against Alabama A&M, Sept. 2
- tickets to the Alys Stephens Center
- dental exam, cleaning and whitening bundle offered by the School of Dentistry
- a one-month membership at the UAB Rec Center
- box sideline tickets for the Birmingham Barons
- gift certificates from a number of local restaurants, including the Fish Market, Cocina Superior Grill, Jim 'n Nicks
- quiches from Top Notch Catering
- gift certificates to Snoozy's bookstore
- gift bag from UAB Wellness Programs
Any survey participant who wishes to enter his or her name in the random prize drawing may elect to do so through an "opt in" button at the end of the survey. Participation is completely optional.
ModernThink staff will select winners randomly, and notify winners by email with a prize code. Prizes may be collected from the Organizational Learning & Development office in Medical Towers, Suite 419.
