Brandi Niles is a three-time graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies. Through her graduate studies, she also earned certificates in Nonprofit Management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Advocacy (DEIA).
Currently, Brandi serves as Senior Director of Development and External Relations for YWCA Central Alabama and is a member of the organization's Executive Leadership Team. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, resource development, strategic planning, public speaking, project management, volunteer coordination, and community engagement. Her professional journey has also included roles in regulatory compliance, case management, and client relations, reflecting a longstanding commitment to serving individuals and communities across Central Alabama.
Brandi's dedication to public service spans more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector. She remains actively involved in her community through memberships in the Junior League of Birmingham, Rotary International, and Women United. Residing in Leeds, Alabama, Brandi enjoys spending time near her daughter and son-in-law, along with her two dogs, Hermione and Cooper.
Beginning in Spring 2027, Brandi will pursue a Doctorate of Public Administration (DPA) through Columbia Southern University, further advancing her commitment to public service leadership and organizational excellence.
