Board Member

Paige Horace is a Senior Vocational Evaluator with the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services, where she works closely with individuals with disabilities to identify strengths, remove barriers, and create pathways to meaningful employment and independence. Her work is rooted in advocacy, thoughtful assessment, and a deep commitment to helping people reach their full potential.

Paige holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Biology, Education, and Rehabilitation Studies, and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She recently earned her Master of Public Administration in December 2025.

Her professional interests include policy, public service leadership, and strengthening collaboration between communities and public institutions. Paige is particularly passionate about advancing inclusive practices and ensuring that public systems work with dignity, fairness, and compassion.

As a member of the MPA Alumni Board, Paige is excited to support alumni engagement, mentor future public service leaders, and contribute to a network committed to meaningful impact and thoughtful leadership.
