Board Member
Tiffany Hearns serves as Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Finance at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has worked in higher education since 2009. She is a two-time UAB graduate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Education in December 2008 and a Master of Public Administration in August 2025.
Tiffany is deeply committed to community service, with a particular focus on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Her volunteer experience includes service with the nonprofit Grace’s Kitchen, where she supported meal service and outreach efforts for individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as participation in outreach ministries through her church. She is honored to serve on the MPA Alumni Board and stay engaged with the program that has shaped her professional journey and her commitment to public service.
