Because of the classes in the CEM program, I have gained a greater confidence in the work that I do every day. My supervisor would agree, because some of the younger folks in our company are starting the CEM program right now. The results coming out of the program speak for themselves and it is something that they believe in. My advancement in the company would not have been possible without this degree.

Mission
Provide the most relevant, innovative, and comprehensive educational experience available for working professionals in the engineering and construction industry aimed to substantially improve their project management expertise. This will allow them to continuously succeed in their careers as managers, industry leaders, and community leaders. We will maintain ongoing communications with graduates to facilitate a strong network of alumni and to monitor their achievements, communicate job openings, and solicit feedback on course delivery and curriculum content.

Our students matriculate to graduation and become part of the UAB family. Through exceptional education, we want all of our family members to reach their fullest potential.
