Sarah Owens

Sarah Owens, a graduate student in the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Engineering Management program, is a recipient of the Alabama Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Bridge to Doctorate Fellowship.

“After completing the Master of Science in Engineering Management program, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary engineering. I would like to cover residential assistive technology, assistive technology for mobility impairments and other assistive technology devices that may benefit those with disabilities."
