The HR Information Systems (HRIS) team is launching HRIS Empower U, a new weekly Zoom session designed to give employees real‑time help with administrative systems — no ticket submission required.

Each Wednesday from 10-11 a.m., participants can join the session, select the breakout room dedicated to the system they need help with, and get immediate guidance on common administrative systems including Oracle, Taleo, Campus Time & Attendance, UAB Perform, Campus Learning System, WAM, Freshdesk, and HR Processes. By speaking directly with HRIS experts, employees can ask how-to questions, receive quick clarifications, troubleshoot issues in real time, and leave with solutions that help keep their tasks moving.
