UAB Human Resources is introducing UAB Manager Self Service, a new Oracle HR responsibility that provides managers a wealth of information concerning their direct reports.
UAB Manager Self Service supports assigned supervisors in Oracle with streamlined access to critical information including comprehensive details regarding employment, grade and salary history, workforce and weather group information, leadership categories, hybrid/remote eligibility status, and other valuable data points.
All those designated as a supervisor in Oracle HR, who supervise at least one full time employee, are automatically granted access to UAB Manager Self Service as of October 11.
