UAB’s Oracle HR & Finance portal will soon have an updated homepage as part of Oracle's annual platform enhancements. The update introduces Oracle's latest vendor-supported, accessible design and replaces the custom UAB homepage branding.
The most noticeable changes are visual. The homepage will feature a gray textured background and updated styling while retaining the UAB logo in the upper-left corner, which will now be simply the UAB monogram. Core HR and Finance functions, workflows, and system capabilities will not be affected.
The new design aligns with Oracle's current accessibility standards and allows UAB to more easily adopt future enhancements delivered through the vendor's regular update cycle.
