Time management can be a hard concept when there are multiple projects happening at once. Project managers can now use SharePoint Lists to keep track of past and present projects.  

Ramya Tummala, director of Applications & Consulting Services, added extra functionality to the lists with buttons to launch standalone PowerApps.  

“One of these buttons will allow for us to track actual project hours for the specific line-item project. We can set the total hours for the project and the app takes care of the rest as it will perform all the calculations,” Tummala said.  

Using the lists and apps will help users become better project and time managers. A new app is being created for customers to leave feedback after projects have been finished, where they can leave comments and answer questions about the way the project was handled. This feedback button will help grow teams and make them more efficient.
