With the return of in-person arts events came updated ticket scanners to help UAB Arts patrons and employees. 

“UAB Arts has seen an increase in patrons since in-person events have returned, and we were thrilled to help them put their ticket scanners back into service so that they can more easily serve their customers,” said Jamie Witter, director of IT Client Services.  

The ticket scanners are the same devices used in past seasons but have been updated with new software. This, coupled with extending WiFi coverage for the building, allows customers to enjoy their time in the theater more.
