• USMLE or COMLEX Scores
• AKT’s and In-training Exam Scores
• The letters of recommendation (total three) should include the following:

• One letter from your Anesthesiology Chair
• One letter from your residency director at your training institution
• One additional letter of recommendation

Selected candidates will interview with the Department Chair and the Trauma Anesthesia Faculty.
