The University of Alabama School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Anesthesiology Grand Rounds is designated for a maximum of 1.5 hours of Category 1 credit for each 1½ hour session.  Community physicians are invited to attend free of charge.
