In addition to the AHRQ-funded T32, the COERE is pleased to help provide training infrastructure and support to the Birmingham VA Quality Scholars Program.
This program known for interprofessional training, quality and safety education, health services research, surgical outcomes, and inpatient quality care (nurse-led interventions and others), includes fellows from nursing (pre/post PhD and DNP doctoral students), pharmacy, and medicine (from surgery and medicine- including general internal medicine, hospital medicine and other subspecialties).
