The Healthy Living Center is a turnkey solution for researchers conducting disease prevention or health improvement research. Our tailored infrastructure and experienced staff help researchers go beyond the ability of one researcher alone. In addition to the services offered by such an infrastructure, members benefit from access to the partnerships and relationships cultivated and maintained across UAB, the state, and the region.

    Preventing disease and improving health requires a coordinated effort and clear, effective communications among researchers, staff, community groups, and partners. The Communication & Dissemination team supports the Center and affiliated projects with customized communications/marketing strategies for projects and studies of all sizes.
