The UAB Medicine Leadership Development Office (LDO) recently recognized 14 individuals in its ninth cohort of Sharing Authentically to Inspire and Lead (SAIL). The fall 2026 graduates received their certificates on Sept. 1.
The purpose of the SAIL program is to offer a leadership development opportunity for a small cohort of junior faculty to help them navigate the challenges unique to assistant professors in medicine. SAIL is offered in the fall and spring.
The 9th cohort of SAIL includes:
