Preparing for you Visit
It’s important for patients to think about the activities they find difficult. This could include reading, watching TV, getting around, playing cards, sewing, knitting, or cooking. Patients should also think about what they want to see better and set goals for their rehabilitation. They should bring any glasses, magnifiers, or other low-vision devices they currently use or have used before to their evaluation. Patients are also welcome to bring items like forms, books, or crafts that they want to see better.
