Christine A. Curcio, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the UAB School of Medicine, has been named to the Top 100 Women in Ophthalmology Power List 2021.

According to The Ophthalmologist there were 1,200 nominations for 300 individuals this year. They represent the most influential female figures in ophthalmology – as nominated by readers and finally selected by an international panel of judges to the final 100.
