Dr. Kayla Thomason joined the UAB Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences as a clinical instructor in 2017. Dr. Thomason is an alumni of the UAB School of Optometry; she completed her Bachelors of Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Thomason and her husband reside in Pell City, where her practice focuses on ocular disease, primary eye care, and contact lenses.
