Outpatient Palliative and Supportive Care Social Worker
Annie Wyatt has worked in the Supportive Care Clinic since July 2024. During this time, she has provided support to our clinic and community-based patients by addressing social service needs to improve patient well-being and access to care. Annie has communicated her goal is to be an additional support system to patients and feels immense appreciation for the role she is able to play in the lives of our patients.
Throughout Annie’s career, her goal has been to be a part of a mission bigger than herself. Previously, Annie worked at a local non-profit providing support to neurotypical children and children diagnosed with ASD ages 4-5. Annie continues to work with community resources through previous and current junior board work such as Magic Moments and Preschool Partners to advocate, grow, and improve local community resources for our children.
